October 17 - November 28 2019

This course costs $70 and runs weekly on Thursdays from October 17 to November 28, 2019. It is for youth ages 11 to 14. Registration is limited.

Over seven weeks, participants will learn about traditional comic techniques, story and visual development, pencilling, inking, and colouring, preparing images for print, and how to share stories in physical and digital form. Working with both traditional media and using the free and open-source software, GIMP, students will work towards creating a collaborative ‘zine to showcase their work.
